Florida & North Carolina (Online & In-Person)
Therapy for Parents, Adolescents & Children
Grow in providing both love and healthy limits for your children, while giving them a safe place to find extra support through their own losses and transitions.
What does this therapy process look like?
We will listen to the places where you and your kids are getting stuck. Then we will look for patterns of family interactions that may lead to anger and defensiveness, or the silence of giving up. Therapy is a judgment-free zone where we help you to see what you're already doing well while giving you the encouragement to grow.
Support for parents, children and families.

We are here to help.
Parents, we see you, the ones holding everything together, often putting your own needs last. Whether you're supporting a struggling child, navigating family transitions, or quietly carrying your own anxiety, grief, or self-doubt, you don't have to do it alone.
We hold space for you to be understood and cared for. Not just as a parent, but as a person.
Your heart is for your children, but they can't always see that. As they move through the stages of development, they begin to pull away, and stop trusting your leadership. It is easy to lose connection as children struggle with challenges. But you are more important to them than you realize. More than anything, they need to feel heard and understood by you. Through working together in family therapy, we can help your child to get a renewed sense of how you are truly there for them, reestablishing trust and the secure connection they need and you desire.
